Duties will include:

Preparing an annual sales plan with the SM and / or MD Preparing an annual product budget with SM and / or MD Analyse and report on new business areas and opportunities. eg: Municipalities, mining industry, sugar and paper industry, water utility companies Setup sales and technical meetings with prospective customers Follow up on quotes and proposals to ensure customer acceptance Liaise with customers and keep abreast of all current and future prospects Technical support of existing customers Conduct training on vacuum circuit breakers Complaints handling and non-conformities on vacuum circuit breakers Programming of vacuum circuit breaker control modules Commissioning of vacuum circuit breakers when required
