Production and Process Development Manager

Your role and responsibilities

ABB Large Motors and Generators factory in Jüri, Estonia is looking for a Electrical Project Manager to join the team. In this role, you will play a key part in improving production processes, managing electrical projects, supporting equipment maintenance, and ensuring smooth operations across our manufacturing systems.Working model is: Onsite #LIonsiteYour main responsibilities will include:• Manage and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion• Support production testing equipment and solve any related issues• Lead and contribute to process improvements and equipment upgrades• Ensure proper documentation for equipment and processes is created and stored• Help manage maintenance processes in the Electrical Field• Assess maintenance performance and take action if quality metrics are off-target

Qualifications for the role

Higher technical education (electrical engineering or equivalent job experience in the electrical field)Project management skills (Raci matrix, critical path)Knowledge of industrial automation equipment, 6-sigma, and 5SUnderstanding of electrical devices and equipment (ability to work with electrical systems is a must)Excellent written and spoken English and Estonian skillsStrong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multicultural team and focus on results
