**Electrical Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
+ Maintain the upkeep of machines and equipment in a tile factory, including kilns, dryers, press, conveyor systems, and more.
+ The role requires an electrical technician with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical parts.
+ Basic skills in fabrication and welding steel are necessary.
+ The technician will test and maintain computer-related industrial electronic control systems and electrical components such as PLC panels, relays, and sensors.
+ This position involves significant troubleshooting in an older facility and requires proficiency in running PMS and navigating CMMS software.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, including motors, starters, frequency drives, relays, and sensors.
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and manufacturer manuals.
+ Calibrate machines to ensure optimal performance.
+ Identify issues systematically and engage with operators.
+ Maintain clear documentation of work performed.
+ Follow OSHA Safety Regulations, Building Code Standards, and use PPE and Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures.
+ Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and cranes.
+ Contribute to team goals with a collaborative approach, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong knowledge and experience with PLCs.
+ Prior experience working with CMMS software and running PMS.
+ Experience in industrial maintenance in an older factory.
+ Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems and knowledge of electrical components and control systems.
+ Mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics knowledge.
+ Experience in preventive maintenance and PLC programming (preferred).
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in maintaining industrial equipment.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience with mechanical maintenance and fabrication.
+ Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
+ Extensive experience in automated assembly operations.
+ Experience with high-speed continuous motion production lines.
+ High School Diploma and 4-year degree (or equivalent experience).
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience troubleshooting skills on automated equipment.
+ Comfortable with schematics and PLCs.
+ Ability to climb ladders and stairs to access top conveyors.
+ Ability to work in a dirty and dusty environment, wearing masks in some areas.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
