Durchführung grundlegender Wartungs- und Fehlerbehebungsarbeiten an Steuerkreisen und Hardware (SPS/DCS)Lokalisierung und Behebung von elektrischen/Instrumentenbezogenen Störungen.Enge Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Instandhaltungsteams bei der Problemlösung und bei Verbesserungen für häufige elektrische/instrumentenbezogene FehlerquellenAuf- und Umbau von Installationen und Anlagen.Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme von Neuanlagen.Fachliche Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Änderung von Wartungsplänen und Prozeduren.Betreuung von Fremdfirmenmitarbeitern.

Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung

Erfahrung in der DCS Foxboro und SPS Siemens mit ersten Programmierungs- und Troubleshooting-Kenntnissen.Fähigkeit, Elektropläne zu lesen und zu bearbeiten.Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von HMI und P&ID.Kenntnisse in der industriellen Instrumentierung und Instrumentenkonfigurationen.Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektriker, Elektroniker, Mechatroniker (Fachrichtung Betriebstechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar).Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Instandhaltung, idealerweise in einem Chemieunternehmen sind von Vorteil.Fundierte Kenntnisse in Energie- und Automatisierungstechnik.Kenntnisse in elektrotechnischen Prüfungen wünschenswert.Hohes Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsbewusstsein.Sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft.Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
