**Job Title: Electrical Foreman** **Job Description** We are looking for a Foreman - Journeyman Electrician with a minimum of 10 years of experience. This role requires a leader capable of running a crew and managing jobs independently. You will work in industrial, commercial, and residential settings, handling tasks such as wiring receptacles, wiring breakers and panels, running wires for devices, reading and scaling blueprints, and maintaining high work standards. You will be working with electrical systems ranging from 12/24v DC up to 120/240v AC. **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. + Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus. + Connect circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. + Construct and fabricate parts using hand tools and specifications. + Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. + Plan layouts, install, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures such as motors, generators, switches, circuit breakers, and fuse boxes. + Inspect wiring and fixtures for conformance to company specifications or local electrical codes. + Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair to ensure compliance with electrical codes. + Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment such as motors. + Place conduit for tool installation of chip manufacturing equipment. + Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes. + Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. + Follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment to ensure conformance to building and safety codes. + Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to ensure compatibility and safety of the system. **Essential Skills** + Journeyman Electrician with 7-10 years of experience. + 3-5 years of Foreman or Management experience. + Experience in commercial and industrial electrical applications. + Ability to read blueprints. + Knowledge of electrical applications, methods, and techniques. + Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Skilled in interpersonal communication and maintaining effective working relationships. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 10 years minimum experience in the electrical field. + Knowledge of switch gears, electronic, industrial, and facilities. + Experience in wiring, pulling wire, conduit bending, and construction management. **Why Work Here?** We offer 2 weeks of paid vacation to start, which is negotiable, and 7 paid holidays per year. Our team consists of 25 members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Harrisonville, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
