Our locations are Palo Alto, CA US, New York City, NY US, Kohler, WI US, Seoul, Korea, and Tel Aviv, Israel. **In your role as Electrical & Fire Safety Engineer** **at Kohler Ventures you will:** + Serve as the legal Electrical Safety Manager and Fire Safety Manager, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. - Maintain stable power supply systems within the factory substation room. - Identify and implement legally required amendments by reviewing relevant laws and regulations. - Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and firefighting facilities. + Foster a safe and pleasant working environment through effective facility management. - Perform daily inspections and circuit checks to maintain a comfortable workspace. - Oversee the maintenance and repair of aging infrastructure. - Collaborate with external safety and health agencies to ensure elevator compliance and workplace safety. - Manage landscaping tasks. + Manage and improve firefighting facilities and response protocols. - Develop and execute inspection plans for firefighting systems. - Respond to evaluations conducted by external agencies, such as fire insurance organization. - Establish and conduct fire drill programs. - Ensure regular maintenance of fire safety equipment and facilities. **Skills/Requirements** **Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in electrical manufacturing industry. + Associate’s degree in engineering or a related accredited field. + Certifications and training: - Licensed Electrician (Class 1, Class 2) - Electrical Industry Press Class 2 certification - Certified in Recognized Test Equipment - Electrical Safety Manager certification (conducted every 3 years by the Korea Electric Engineers Association) - Fire Safety Manager certification (conducted every 2 years by the Fire Safety Association) - Elevator Safety Manager training (conducted every 3 years at the Korea Seung-gang Air Safety Complex) - Boiler-related statutory training certification **Please provide your resume in both Korean and English to be considered.** **Why Choose Kohler?** We empower each associate to #BecomeMoreAtKohler with a competitive total rewards package to support your health and wellbeing, access to career growth and development opportunities, a diverse and inclusive workplace, and a strong culture of innovation.
