Technical Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Perform Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) and Fault Isolation Operate Hamamatsu iPHEMOS, Thermo Fisher ELITE and other photon, thermal, or laser stimulating emission toolsCharacterize or model Probe test and internal qualification fail signaturesExtensive understanding of physical and logical semi-conductor designUse layout/schematic to aid in fault isolation and fail signature modelingUnderstand various Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) and de-processing techniques for failuresUnderstanding Fabrication Process and Package Assembly In depth understanding of process fabrication levels, steps, and methodologiesProvide Clear and Comprehensive Fail Signature Information Generate organized and timely failure analysis reports with clearly communicated causes and effects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics with specialistiion in IC design or Microelectronics.Problem-solving attitude with a drive for finding effective solutions.Passion and interest in semiconductor frontend fabrication and memory industry.Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation). Strong personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Able to work on 5 days off-shift
