**_Electrical Estimator_** **Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000** **Position Overview:** **Ultimate LLC** is immediately hiring an **Electrical** **Estimator** in the Mt. Airy area. The Estimator is responsible for preparing winning estimates on deadlines under the direct supervision of the Chief Estimator. We are looking for skilled professionals to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. **Job Duties:** + Analyze digital plans and blueprints using Bluebeam and McCormick Winsystem. + Review construction documents to understand the scope of work for bidding. + Prepare accurate estimates using on-screen takeoff in McCormick Winsystem. + Communicate effectively with general contractors, subcontractors, salesmen, engineers, and vendors to identify the various components to build a winning bid. + Generate and submit RFIs when appropriate. + Provide complete and accurate cost estimates from contract drawings and specifications, reporting directly to the Chief Estimator. + Obtain quotes from subcontractors and review for accuracy according to contract documents. + Prepare and streamline scope inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications for estimates. + Submit proposals to appropriate parties. **Trade Requirements:** + Minimum of 5 years of experience within the electrical construction industry. + Proficient in estimating software, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Outlook. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a positive and professional attitude. + Drug Test Required + Background Check Required **Benefits:** + Health insurance + Dental and vision coverage + 401k + Paid time off
