QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: ?
Degree and Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or an Engineering Technician/Technologist.  
 
KEY AREAS OF COMPETENCE REQUIRED:
Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, consultant’s appointments.  
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum 3 years post registration experience.  
TASK DESCRIPTION:
Managing the projects allocated, Drafting and reviewing of projects and programmes. Liaising with relevant Department, meeting the deadlines, drive programme and cashflow for the Management Programme. Reviewing and controlling the work of Structural or Civil Engineers on Projects Managing consultant’s and contractor’s appointments and performance. Management of Contracts, including JBCC and NEC. Professional reviews on Reports.
