Ensure manpower motivation to ensure the deliverables and safety standards. 4. Ensure optimum use of consumables in Shifts. 5. Zero wastage of resources. 6. Ensure safe working conditions for equipment and people. 7. Ensure that all safety &environmental controls, and operational procedures are adhered. 8.
