Your role and responsibilities

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Business.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tDesigning, manufacturing, and test components that fulfill requirements for various flow board redesign.•\tAnalyzing problems or deficiencies and developing Product solutions to resolve them.•\tConducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.•\tUpdating documentation and drawings/designs using ABB tools•\tWork directly with Senior Engineers to develop and test new electrical approaches for ABB Products•\tLearning Windchill PLM tool

Qualifications for the role

\tCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. \tIntern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite. \tMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future. \tUtilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions\tEffectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines\tDemonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality\tCollaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
