Unlock your potential with GE HealthCare and make a difference today! **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + **Innovative VCP Ideation** : Lead Value Creation Process (VCP) ideation through comprehensive BOM cost analysis, sourcing spend data, value analysis, and should-cost analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and optimize system-level platform design strategies. + **Benchmarking Excellence** : Spearhead and participate in electrical High-Level Assembly (HLA) internal and competitive teardowns to benchmark cost, design, and perform cost-to-function analysis. + **Teardown Workshops** : Own and drive electronic design teardown workshops, engaging cross-functional teams in ideation sessions to generate ideas and identify VCP and platform opportunities for resource alignment and prioritization. + **Data-Driven Analysis** : Conduct in-depth data analysis of cost, BOM, technical attributes, and design elements to identify areas for standardization and optimization. + **Design Mindset** : Embrace a Design to Cost, Design for Manufacturing, and Design to Value mindset to drive efficiency and innovation. + **Program Management** : Demonstrate strong program management skills with a focus on ownership of outcomes and effective communication with global cross-functional teams. + **Business Case Development** : Create robust ROI models by considering the true cost of change and developing compelling business cases. + **Project Execution** : Lead the execution of ideas through detailed project planning, design solution development, prototyping, verification and validation, and ECR implementation. + **Innovation and Concept Development** : Evaluate and refine new concepts, developing innovations that can be transformed into benefits for new products. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Work closely with engineering teams to understand system interactions and dependencies, integrating these considerations into development plans. **Required Qualifications** + **Bachelor’s Degree & Experience** : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience. + **Electrical Engineering Expertise** : Strong knowledge in signal processing, circuit design, simulation, layout, fabrication, and testing. + **Hands-On Experience** : Proven experience with PWA/PWB, motor control, and subsystem design techniques for signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC circuit design. + **Technical Proficiency** : Proficient in electrical design and simulation tools such as Cadence, MATLAB, PSPICE, etc. + **Cost Optimization** : Experience in localization and cost reduction is a plus. + **Experimental Skills** : Ability to design, execute, and analyze experiments effectively. + **Communication Skills** : Excellent oral and written communication skills for global collaboration.\#LI-LRG1\#LI-Onsite\#LI-Hybrid GE HealthCare offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
