Job description

We are looking for new engineers for our OEM clients to join our teams,

 

Ideal Profile Graduated from Electronics, Electrical / Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering departments of universities, Having a career goal in the automotive industry, Having technical knowledge in automotive electrical/electronic systems equipment and parts, Responsible, open to learning Following technological and sectoral developments, Good communication Fluent in English (At least B2 level)



Responsibilities; Taking an active role in component technical selection and approval processes within R&D projects and managing the process, Taking an active role in alternative component technical selection and approval and processes and managing the process, Being in active communication with national and international  manufacturers, Suggesting innovative component solutions with technical benchmarking and market research. Make recommendations for material selection, based on design objectives such as strength, weight, heat resistance, electrical conductivity and cost; Communicate with supplier representatives to review and answer questions related to the components, assemblies and systems and perceive their needs;

 

Communication & Team Working Support and participate in relevant activities with component engineers and other functional units, local or international such as application engineering, product management, project management, production, supply management, quality or others and keep a good communication and information flow with them; Proactive engineering approach and understand the  requirements in order to meet and exceed the expectations

 

Technical Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, specifications or reports; Carry out other technical related duties that may be required;

 

Planning and Organization Write, review, or maintain engineering documentation; Make detailed plans to accomplish goals;

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
