1)During IL6S Phase 3 step, be in charge of PM pillar work in line council, maintenance task planning and other pillar interactions
1. Responsible for PM pillar knowledge learning, personnel training, skill certification and work planning
2. Master for at least one kind of machine and equipment, well understanding about equipment structure, working principle, maintenance task and spare part strategy.
3. Responsible for communicating, supporting and coordinating with other pillars to achieve the common goal of IL6S journey.
2) Maintenance and Troubleshooting
1.Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities on electrical equipment, provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues to minimize downtime, develop and implement procedures to enhance electrical safety during maintenance activities.
2.Lead and be accountable that Building Maintenance program, Facilities maintenance program capabilities, including maintenance repairs & overall operations are in place. Accountable to insure adherence to business continuity plan, manufacturing standards government regulations are understood by all employees/services providers at the site, regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.
3.Provide leadership, coaching to Facilities team towards implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working:  delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; PM (Progressive Maintenance) Pillar, and CBM (condition based monitoring), Visual controls & tools Mgmt., Lubrication mgmt. & Calibration of equipment(s) etc.

3) Take part in or lead automation projects, New technology application& new equipment R&D
1. All participating projects meet the expected requirements of PM3 / AM3
2. Complete TTT technology transfer after project
3. Digitallization factory, inteiligent workshop built-up   

4) Maintain the PM system and cooperate with QM, SHE and other departments to pass all type's audit from external or internal organization, integrate maintenance information management system (SAP), keep it simple and effecient

5) Training development
1. Continous develop electrical/mechanical technology 
2. Train and develop SG members and on-line maintenance technicians
3. Develop and conduct AM4 module training for SG member 

More about this role

1 Manufacturing maintenance background with 5+ years’ experience 
2 Project management skills 
3 Lean manufacturing background will be highly regarded
4 Bachelor or master degree on Mechanic/Electrical/Automation, etc,strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
5 Good english skills for reading and writing.
6 Professional skills with SAP system for daily maintenance work.
7 Proficient in AutoCAD and office software.
8 Clear logistic and strong ability to do trouble shooting and handle complexity.
9 Solid knowledge on PLC Hardware and Software, Brand such as SIEMENS, Rockwell(AB), etc. HMI,SCADA
10 Rich experience about VFD, Servo Drive, sensors, industry communcaition(Profinet, Ethernet/IP,RS485,RS232)
11 Experience with AGV&Robotices will be preferred
