We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer or Mechatronics Engineer to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in their projects, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems. Position will be based in Blouberg, Cape Town.

Main job function

Project planning and scheduling Design and implementation of electrical systems Integration of renewable energy technologies Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, to achieve project goals Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues Provide technical support during the project lifecycle Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering

Experience/Criteria

Proven experience in Electrical Engineering projects

Experience in renewable energy projects

Familiarity with PV Plant Engineering Design

Knowledge of mechatronics principles

Knowledge of SANS-10142-1

Project Management skills

R450 – R650 CTC pa
