Summary: Seeking an Electrical Designer with 3-6 years of experience in shipbuilding to prepare and coordinate complex layouts and designs using ShipConstructor software.

Requirements:

Two years of college coursework equivalent to an AA degree in Industrial Technology or related field. Experience in designing and drafting. Knowledge of design principles, drafting techniques, manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in using ShipConstructor software. Ability to work with drafting materials and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare routine to complex layouts, charts, graphs, maps, engineered designs, drawings, and diagrams. Design details of work following company standards. Coordinate with other sections and personnel as needed. Ensure compliance with CAD standards and regulatory requirements. Review vendor information and incorporate feedback from governing bodies.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
