Electrical Construction Supervisor Burlington, CO System One is currently seeking an Electrical Construction Supervisor on a 12 month contract position located at a Wind Farm near Burlington, CO. Electrical Construction Supervisor Responsibilities: + Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems including power distribution systems, substations, high voltage systems, low voltage systems, and SCADA systems. + Develop work schedules, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, and planning resource allocations including labor, equipment, and materials. + Provide training, mentoring and support to team members. + Monitor workforce performance and resolve any personnel issues as needed. + Ensure that all work complies with project specifications, electrical codes and safety standards. + Perform inspections to verify system performance and maintain detailed records and quality control processes. + Supply information to the project manager regarding budgetary constraints and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety. + Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards. + Participate in safety meeting and conduct regular site walks to assess progress and identify challenges are also key responsibilities. + Act as main point of contact for all electrical aspects of the project and provide regular updates to the project manager, construction manager and stakeholders. + Develop work schedules. + Coordinate with project managers and engineering. + Resource allocation. + Train team members. + Monitor performance. + Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards. + Maintain quality control.
