What you’ll be doing:
• Provide real-time technical assistance to electricians over phone or other communication channels.
• Assist in providing necessary
• Regularly update the Electric Service Manager on coaching and training needs, quality of customer service, personnel matters, and related issues.
• Work to improve department and individual technician KPI’s through coaching and training.
• Lead and develop electricians by motivating the team to work at their maximum productivity.
• Provide guidance to technicians on the processes and procedures to be followed on every service call to ensure the highest standards quality, customer experience, efficiency, and performance.
• Monitor procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communications with staff.
• Ensure that invoices and forms are correctly filled out for accuracy during processing.
• Ensure electricians understand and execute three-point customer contact for service/maintenance calls and how to perform data entry.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to offer relevant guidance.
• Emphasize the importance of delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years electrical service work while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating.
• Strong customer service skills; be a leader and mentor to others.
• Ability to grow and train a team.
• Knowledge and understanding of field personnel processes and procedures.
• Excellent ability to explain technical information to technicians.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
