From endlessly recyclable aluminum cans, and cups, to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.** **Position overview:** The Electrical and Automation Department Leader will be part of a wider Technical Department that plays a key role in supporting the overall business plans and objectives of the plant. **Key responsibilities include:** + Managing a team of electricians, automation engineers and programmers, as well as coordinating and supervising the work of electrical services from outside the Plant + Ensuring failure-free operation of the internal power grid, machines and devices in order to ensure continuity of production and timely execution of orders + Creating and supervising the implementation of preventive inspection plans for the subordinate area + Planning, coordinating and supervising projects in the field of internal power and energy networks, automation of production and production-related processes + Supervising technical documentation in the subordinate area of responsibility and controlling budget implementation + Analysingcurrent indicators and recommendation of actions aimed at improving their effectiveness + Supervision and operation of electrical and energy devices and installations + Designing and implementing new technical solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of production lines + Ensuring that the Energy Management System is established, implemented and improved in accordance with the ISO 50001 standard + Initiating corrective and improvement actions aimed at improving the energy result + Promoting energy policy awareness at all levels of the organization + Coordinatingof subcontractors' work and cooperation with external companies in the subordinate area of responsibility **What are we looking for?** + Higher technical education in the field of Electrical/Automation/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics or related + Minimum 3 years of job related experience in a similar managerial position in a production plant + Experience in managing and developing a team in practice and practical knowledge in the field of automation + Very good knowledge of PLC programming and diagnostics and knowledge of the ISO 50001 standard is desirable + Ability to read electrical diagrams, technical drawings, design maps and other technical documentation in English + Practical knowledge of TPM and Lean standards + Fluent English **Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
