Your role and responsibilities
Set up business development target and achievement path of HA, DES, & Hospital intercom solution portfolio, define product roadmap and release new products to achieve sale target.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Driving the marketing strategy implementation to cover major channel/segment.
2. Optimize HA, DES, Hospital intercom solution portfolio according to market trend, customer requirements and channel differentiating.
3. Define the growth opportunity to achieve sales target.
4. Work with LBU/GPG to release new products, support local sales in terms of the offering, project support
5. Regular review sales performance including Pricing, GM% and NPV, take the action accordingly
6. Engage in the distributor and other partner development
\tMinimum of bachelor degree in electrification or electronic engineering is required\tMinimum of 3-5 years of product management/marketing/sales in HA, DES business or Electrification industry\tStrategic thinking\tGood presentation, selling and interpersonal skills\tExcellent written and oral communication skills (both Chinese and English) required
