Job Overview:
The EIS Analyst 3 is primarily responsible for supporting the design and build of the designated Radiology applications. They are primarily responsible for the overall build of the workflows, system configurations, change documentation and support of operations for the application. They are self-directed and work with minimal supervision and are a knowledge resource for EIS Analysts 1 & 2.

The Application Analyst 3 is the primary support for Change Healthcare, PowerScribeOne, and other radiology applications. In addition to the duties discussed in the Role Description, the Analyst is responsible for the following:
1) Executing Application Design and Build:
Designing and building the related applicationCoordinates with Operations to optimize the design of the application s capabilities and workflowsUtilizes Galaxy as resource for best practice builds and solutionsPerforming a thorough review of all Foundation Build and operational requested content and workflows for applicationEvaluates current state workflows as it pertains to build and offers technology solutions for workflow enhancementsBuilding data fields, screens, templates, and customer-defined functionality, as requiredReviewing the proposed training curriculumOversees and/or performs analysis of necessary application modificationsFollowing build standards and maintaining synchronization between environments in collaboration with environment teamWorks with minimal supervision to no and demonstrates initiativeActs as a resource for Level 1 & 2 analystsAssists with development of Change Readiness demos and documentation2) Application Support:
Providing go-live support for customers on new applications, including functionalityProviding on-call support for application through go-live and post go-liveRepresenting application in Integrated Area WorkgroupsPossesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matterWorks with customers, informatics on enhancement request requirementsSupporting continuous documentation of system modifications and updatesHandles complex issuesTakes initiative to problem solve within job scopeShares knowledge functions as a preceptor for staffValidates work performed by newly certified or new work by level 1 & 2 AnalystsKeeps knowledge of industry trends, application enhancement and future impact to enterprise3) Documentation and Communication:
Maintaining and closing support and enhancement tickets with details in the closing noteContacting the customer regarding ticket resolution if resolved or unable to fill request.Logging decisions and issues/risks in tracker during build as well as, Orion and Nova for upgrades and projectsSupporting application governance needs, including development of business case for decisionsMaintaining version control of workflows, issues/risks log, and decisions trackerSupervising basic issues and roadblocks, escalating issues as neededCommunicating with supervisors to determine necessary escalationsPresents oral and written communication to project teamExcellent presentation skills4) Project Management:
Recommending areas for process improvementDevelops future state materialsProject manages smaller to medium scale buildsFollowing the process for identification, tracking, resolution, and closure of all issuesEnsures that the team follows change control processes according to policyCollaborates with team members across the department as well as operational staffDevelops test scripts and new systems, complying with version upgrades and system modificationsUnique requirements:
Ramp up period of 6 months and then oncall expectations will begin. Oncall for 1 week out of every 17 weeksOther Duties:
