**Job Description**
Ready to lead EHS excellence across a major part of the EMEA region? Join us as our London-based EHS Manager, where you will be responsible for overseeing health and safety across defined regions.

**Core Responsibilities**
In the role you will be part of the Global Heath and Safety Community, and your responsibility will be EHS partner for our hubs, offices and LEGO® brand retails in the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Holland, Belgium, Sweden and Denmark (only stores in Denmark).
Specifically, you will:
+ Manage and coordinate health and safety projects across multiple locations globally
+ Advise and consult line management at all levels in the markets regarding the EHS agenda for their locations
+ Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations
+ Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential issues, develop solutions and implement control measures
+ Investigate injuries and near misses to ensure identification of root cause, containment and corrective actions are completed
+ Design and deliver comprehensive health and safety training programs for employees at all levels.
+ Maintain health and safety management systems in accordance with ISO45001 standard
+ Responsible for internal and external health & safety audits, including documentation, recommendations, tracking and resolving of major and minor non-conformities
This position is based in our office in central London and there no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Our global EHS team is responsible for ensuring that all company facilities—hubs, offices, and stores—adhere to high standards of environmental, health, and safety compliance. We develop and enforce policies and procedures designed to minimize risks, prevent accidents, and protect both employees and the environment.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Practical experience with Health and Safety standards and procedures preferably working as a Health and Safety manager or senior consultant in an international company in either an office or retail environment
+ Understanding of local and international legislation and ISO 45001 standard would be preferred
+ Experience with structured H&S management systems
+ Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels, including stakeholders outside the immediate functional domain
+ Success in driving and managing change initiatives
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on delivering results
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience in preparing and delivering presentations
+ Coaching abilities
+ Ability to work independently and through remote leadership
