•              Developing EHS Programs: maintain and improve comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

•              Conducting Risk Assessments: Identify potential hazards in the workplace and conduct risk assessments to mitigate risks effectively. Develop strategies and action plans to address findings.

•              Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local environmental, health, and safety regulations. Stay updated on regulatory changes and modify programs accordingly.

•              Training: Organize and conduct training sessions for employees on safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and environmental protection measures. Promote a culture of safety awareness.

•              Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, or near misses. Analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

•              Environmental Management: Manage environmental aspects such as waste management, and sustainability initiatives. assist in implementing strategies to minimize the organization’s environmental footprint.

•              Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze EHS data to track performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.

•              Emergency Preparedness: Develop emergency response plans and ensure readiness to handle emergencies such as fires, chemical spills, or natural disasters. Conduct drills to evaluate response effectiveness.

•              Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in EHS processes and practices. Implement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
