主要职责

建立、完善公司 EHS 管理体系，确保其符合国家法律法规及行业标准，并监督体系的有效运行与持续改进, 对于ISO 14001 和 ISO 45001 熟悉， 负责对公司各类生产活动、设备设施进行 EHS 风险评估，识别潜在风险点，制定并实施针对性的风险控制措施，  定期组织开展 EHS 培训，包括新员工入职培训、日常安全培训、应急演练等，提高员工的 EHS 意识和应急处理能力。 对公司作业现场进行日常 EHS 监督检查，及时发现并纠正违规行为，对安全隐患下达整改通知，并跟踪整改情况，确保隐患得到彻底消除。 参与公司新、改、扩建项目的 EHS 审查，从设计阶段开始提供专业意见，确保项目建设符合 EHS 要求。 负责公司 EHS 相关数据的统计与分析，定期向上级领导汇报 EHS 工作情况，为决策提供数据支持。 与政府相关部门保持良好沟通，及时了解最新的 EHS 法规政策，确保公司运营合规。 负责管理工厂的特种设备、化学品使用，特种作业人员持证上岗，包括员工职业健康体检等。 其他由公司领导分配的计划、任务或项目。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化学工程等相关专业。 具有至少 5 年以上 EHS 工作经验，熟悉 EHS 管理体系及相关法律法规。 具备良好的风险识别与评估能力，能够制定有效的风险控制措施。 熟练掌握安全检查、隐患排查治理等工作方法，具备较强的现场监督管理能力。 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够有效组织开展 EHS 培训和应急演练。 熟悉企业内的PPE、MSDS、废弃物处理，化学品分类和处理的知识； 持有注册安全工程师等相关职业资格证书者优先考虑。 精通 Microsoft Office 和相关应用软件。 良好的英文书写和听说能力。
