We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. + Operate as the nominated safety professional and provide technical advice and support to the country MD, line management and employees; + Ensure that country specific legal requirements, applicable to the performed activities and products, are identified, evaluated, non-compliances closed and annually reviewed; + Implement the EU EHS Strategy and EHS targets based on Regional and Corporate demands; + Develop, establish and strengthen the SWE Integrated Management System (IMS); + Ensure that EHS metrics are reported in the EHS IT Reporting Tool by the 6th working day of each month and EHS KPI’s within the country are available for Town Hall Meetings & other meetings / activities; + Workflow of incidents reported in EHS IT Reporting Tool to include report creation, investigation, correct actions, lessons learned, closure and distribution as required; + Plan, manage, execute and the Country Annual Inspection Program and ensure that all actions are closed in a timely manner; + Support ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 internal and external audits to include follow-up and closure of EHS related non-conformities, observations, and areas for improvement; + Manage the annual review of all Risk Assessments and operating instructions; + Ensure the effective implementation of EHS programs and safety campaigns; + Review & update of processes in line with local legal & other requirements; + Creation and communication of Safety Tips and Tool Box Talks; Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
