Key Responsibilities:
• Build, configure, test, validate, and provide ongoing support for the EHR system.
• Participate in new module/application testing and implementation.
• Prioritize and manage service requests and incidents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and address issues.
• Plan and execute testing efforts for changes impacting the EHR system.
• Maintain strong relationships with upstream and downstream business systems.
• Contribute to system enhancements and special projects as needed.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Information Technology or Healthcare.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in applications and systems design and integration.
• Experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
• Certification in a minimum of two application areas is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
