EY - GDS Consulting – GRC Technology – Enterprise GRC – Manager
As EY GDS Consulting Senior Manager, you would be responsible for operational activities within the team like Resource planning, Utilization tracking, Pipeline tracking. From an outreach viewpoint, you would be responsible to connect with the region teams across the globe, integrate with them to explore collaborative business opportunities, and act as a Point of contact for any GRC related activities. From a business development standpoint, identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements/regions, lead pursuits, orals along with the region teams extending the required support to them. From a subject matter expertise lens, you’ll contribute technically and functionally to GRC Technology client engagements and internal projects. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior leadership well in time.
The opportunity
We’re looking for candidate with expertise in GRC to join our international network of GRC Technology professionals helping our clients implement technology solutions that support risk management, compliance, and governance. Assist with requirements gathering through interviews, current state and document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis, as required to produce specifications. To qualify for the role, you must have
3-7 years of advisory and consulting experience in GRC Domain. GRC Implementation/ managed services experience would be an added advantage Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate solutions. Should have led/completed at least 4 to 5 end-to-end advisory engagements in a BA role in GRC domain with a specific focus on IT, and related industry standards Understanding/certification on Risk management framework Understanding of Control frameworks such as COSO Experience in documenting detailed process flows and use cases. Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. Basic understanding of cross GRC domains including Information Security, business continuity and Risk Management. Team Building - Knowledge sharing, training, motivating and development of team members. Good understanding of technology platforms and risk management practices Understanding of IT risks and controls and proven decision-making and analytical skills
