EE Tech Intern (Available Spring 25' Semester)
**Job Description:** As an EE Tech Intern, you would work with regular direction and guidance from a Sr. Technician. The primary duty is to utilize entry level electrical skills to contribute to the design, development and qualification of new products and support of existing products within the department. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Perform testing for qualifying new power tools, lithium-ion batteries, and chargers. + Follow defined test procedures and complete tasks with proper techniques and protocols. + Gather test data while utilizing appropriate test equipment (DAQs, multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.). + Assist with building test setups, fixtures, prototypes, etc. + Assist in debugging electronic circuits. **Education and Experience Requirements** + Student must be working toward an associate’s degree with an emphasis in the electrical field (Mechatronics, IET, GET, EST, EET, etc.). + Must have a good working knowledge of basic electrical theory and is capable of quickly researching new information as needed for specific projects. + Must be able to communicate technical status to management and project teams.
