If you have strong communication and organization skills, and are looking for your next career move, apply now. **Job Description** We are looking for an **Educational Programs Coordinator** to support our educational and mentoring programs. This position will be a **part-time contract** and **onsite** . **What You’ll Do** + Support the transition of our mentees from the facility to the community by supporting them and their mentor + Work closely with the Executive Director and Site Coordinators to exchange updates on the status of mentors, mentees, and reentry-related events and programming + Work closely with mentors, facility staff, and community members to organize and support the client with special events, like the Dress Your Best workshops + Serve as the Statewide Co-Mentoring Director and work to coordinate mentoring relationships among the three juvenile facilities. + Respond to mentor logs, monitoring mentor progress on training modules, and facilitate communication between mentors and the facilities + Arrange facility trainings for mentors + Work with transition coordinators to coordinate virtual mentoring. + Support student employment initiatives as part of reentry through job searches, resume writing, and interview skills training **What You'll Need** Required: + Strong organizational skills + Excellent communication skills + Ability to work well with diverse groups of people Preferred: + Experience in mentoring or educational programs + Background in social work or related field **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor **Reasonable Accommodation Statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111. **Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement** It is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
