Contribute to reaching business results to achieve the Compelling Business Needs (CBN) by building capability at all levels of the organization through a solid management system of Education and Training processes in Puebla Plant.

How you will contribute

- Ensuring legal and corporate compliance in terms of training
- Each individual in the organization has the necessary knowledge and skills to perform his or her role.
- Lead the training management system (tools, processes, etc.) making efficient use of resources (time, money and facilities)
- Promote technical self-sufficiency to have SMEs to develop trainings and train the rest of the organization
- Lead, participate and use the IL6S methodology, creating autonomy in each individual of the organization to develop their capabilities. 
- Eliminate losses related to skill and knowledge related ineffectiveness of the training management system.       

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

Bachelor's degree in administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.Use of Microsoft Office (advanced excel preferred)Advanced English language  Desirable: Knowledge of Instructional Design & Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms.Minimum of 3 years in coordination positions, preferably in Education and Training processes for supply chain (Legal training, DNC, skills matrix, training plan, onboarding, etc.), training system management.
