Valid and Registered California Education Specialist Credential – Extensive Support Needs or Moderate/Severe Disabilities with an Added Authorization in Autism Spectrum Disorders required. Multiple Subjects credential preferred. Please also provide any other California Credentials held. - - - - - - - - - - - - APPLICATION DIRECTIONS: Answer all questions completely and accurately.
