Are you up for the challenge of expanding software adoption within the higher education sector across the APAC region?

What You Will Do

As the Channel Sales Manager for the Higher Education Industry, you will be responsible for accelerating the growth in the higher education sector across APAC. As a seasoned sales professional who will identify strategic business opportunities and work collaboratively with the ecosystem including Education Professionals, License Consultants, Channel partners, CSM, Educators, Students, etc. to achieve growth targets in the educational sector. 

You will be instrumental in contributing to the future growth and vision of Trimble’s AECO solutions into the education sector. You will lean on your existing experience to confidently influence and develop strong business relationships specifically into the higher educational sector.

Responsible for the expansion of software sales business in the Higher Education Sector to achieve greater market penetration and exceed the sales targets assigned;

You will work closely with technical managers, education professionals and channel partners/Resellers to promote the growth of revenue and adoption in the Higher Education Industry.

Additionally you will also:

Generate and expand software sales business in the Higher Education Sector to provide these institutions with long-term stable software and business growth value;

Evaluate the value of programme charters, create key software programmes suitable for faculties to quickly adopt;

Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts;

Establish effective cooperation with channel partners to develop and implement long-term cooperation models for high-quality educational institutions.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Experience in the software industry (BIM or AEC would be an advantage).

Willing to travel up to 60%.

Higher education industry experience preferred.

Tech industry sales management experience is an advantage

Strong sales acumen and ability to identify prospects.

Experience leading complex sales discussions.

Resilience and problem-solving skills.

Ability to engage with faculty and end-users.

Solution-selling experience in education.

Partnership-building skills.

Excellent English communication skills.
