Apple’s Worldwide Education Product Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Messaging and Assets Manager (Communications) that is a passionate storyteller to bring their deep expertise in crafting messaging and developing creative content to Apple. You’ll combine creative thinking with impactful execution — resulting in consistency of tone and style across the Apple Education brand. While strategic in approach, obsessing over the detail is the key to success.
**Description**
Work closely and collaboratively with the Product Marketing team to craft marketing messaging and assets that drive awareness and create demand for Apple products in education. Own the development of education product marketing assets for the K-12 and Higher Education audience, such as Keynotes, PDFs, web, direct messaging and social media assets. Develop and deliver effective communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. - Write original messaging and content copy for a range of marketing and communications materials. - Respond to cross-functional creative briefs to development impactful messaging and the supporting creative content and resources. - Understands internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs; able to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment. - Copy edit and project manage the development of marketing assets. - Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to present ideas to stakeholders. - Provide a strategic point of view on customer communications. - Stay current on the appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistent messaging.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ A portfolio of work showcasing writing samples is required.
+ 7+ professional writing experience in a marketing messaging, communications, journalism or public relations, high-tech industry.
+ Experience in marketing and development of messaging/communications across multiple channels and platforms, including brand communications.
+ Bachelor’s degree.

+ Experience in education marketing and/or the education market preferred.

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
