Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager-Ops with 6 to 8 years of experience in customer service and online domain. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and Spanish with strong communication skills. This hybrid role requires managing operations effectively during day shifts ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Job Overview

This is a role oriented to:

● Facilitate the adoption and leverage of Google for Education solutions through programs and strategies that enable end users to use the tools and devices successfully.

● Promote meaningful use of Google for Education tools to amplify and sustain long-term impact

● Build trust and relationships with educational leaders and decision makers to ensure they are aware of the benefits and impact of Google for Education tools

Strategic activities:

1. Dissemination and promotion of Google for Education training programs, certifications and educator communities. Part of the goals of the role is to grow and keep the community hooked.

2. Work closely with Educational Services Partners to provide guidance and support in their professional development offer, as well as assigning strategic adoption projects.

3. Creation and updating of educational material at scale to take advantage of Google solutions (Teaching guides, video tutorials, recurring webinars, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in any field of education

● Enterprise technology event experience in a high-growth and fast-paced environment including managing multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies and events vendors.

● Good English is essential. (Advanced English)
