The Function: The Medallia Education team’s mission is to lead creative and strategic innovation in outcome-driven product enablement for customer, employee, and partner communities. The Role: As a Product Educator, you will deliver engaging, impactful Medallia product-feature training for customers, partners and Medallia employees. You will influence the Education roadmap, and participate in ensuring the Education service offering grows to meet customer demand, increases product adoption, and generates revenue. Responsibilities Become a Medallia Product Certified trainer and provide compelling and effective in-classroom training for Medallians, partners and customers Independently conduct effective VILT (virtual instructor-led trainings) on a variety of Product, Project Management, Professional Services, and Customer Experience topics in an approachable, professional, and easy-to-understand manner Develop learning curriculum for Medallia employees, partners and customers Engage in new product launches to conduct testing and suggest the best way to train our ecosystem on new features Perform quality assurance checks for online and instructor-led education content on the learning management system and Medallia training instances May involve minimal travel Qualifications Minimum Qualications: 5+ years experience in enterprise software, management or IT consulting, project management, customer management, market research, or similar experience Preferred Qualications: A problem solver and able to easily explain complex concepts in a simple, concise way A demonstrated track record for sharing your knowledge of the Medallia product and methodology with other Medallians Passionate about the value of hands-on learning and can pull on countless real-life examples to illustrate what working with the Medallia product is like An intrinsic desire to continue learning about newly released product features to stay current with the latest trends and configurations Detail-oriented and consistently deliver high-quality work in a timely manner with little oversight A self-starter that can figure out a path forward independently without any precedent Create and foster relationships with product managers, departmental teammates, and other stakeholders because you know it leads to stronger content Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $88,800-$132,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.
