Then come and join our global team as Education Designer (f/m/d) for E-Learning to provide effective and engaging education for our customers in the field of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.



Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will analyze learning requirements for medical imaging products and define online training strategies for our customers in the field of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)You will author training content in English and implement online trainings that will be used globally using Articulate StorylineYou exploit the possibilities of classical e-learning tools and formats, and evaluate the use of more interactive learning formatsYou will maintain a network of subject matter experts and external service providersYou will provide the project structure and coordinate all project stakeholders focusing on output and deadlinesYou will communicate effectively and proactively with project stakeholders and managersYou will ensure continuous improvement of the learning experience for customers as well as of our tools and processes

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a master’s degree in the field of education, media, instructional design, e-learning, medical imaging or similarYou have several years of working experience in designing and implementing classical e-learning formats and in developing more interactive learning formats (simulations, serious gaming etc.)Applicants with a bachelor's degree or completed vocational training as e.g. radiographer and further qualification with additional work experience within the aforementioned area are also highly appreciatedYou have profound knowledge of the MRI technology and application
