Key responsibilities
Lead team to develop short-term and medium-and-long-term strategies for Education and Patient Engagement at the company level Develop the omnichannel education strategy and optimize company level platform, including NNDU, NNCDU, etc., Develop the omnichannel patient engagement strategy and build company level patient engagement platform, including Blue Care, etc., Integrate and deep dive into all the education / patient engagement channels and work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, CLD, digital to support INS, GLP-1 and Obesity products performance and new product launches.Build and lead high performing and innovative Education & Patient engagement team
Experience
• Above 10-year experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry like medi-cal devices or healthcare industry
• Min 5 years in marketing
• Consultant company experience is preferred
• Current team leader is preferred
