Editorial Project Manager (6-Month Maternity Cover)
Location: Zürich We’re looking for an experienced Editorial Project Manager to join our creative team for 6 month maternity cover. This role involves managing the day-to-day production of complex brochure marketing materials as well as other smaller adhoc print projects. Key responsibilities include driving the print marketing project to completion, maintaining the highest quality standards, and coordinating the efforts of designers and copywriters to tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities: Oversee project planning, timelines, and delivery of the projectAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, with detailed follow-up on information gathering and updates.Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality content aligned with brand standards.Maintain quality control across all editorial content and ensure deadlines are met and timelines managed.About You: 4+ years of experience in Editorial project management, specifically with print-focused projects such as catalogs, magazines, annual reports, brochures.Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time in fast-paced environments.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; confident in navigating ambiguity and professional client handling.Fluent in English.Eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss/EU passport or valid Swiss ‘B’ work permit).The reason(s) you’ll want to work here: Join an amazing team of passionate individuals from across the globe.
