Your mission, roles and responsibilities

We are seeking an Editorial Manager to join our Group Content Factory. In this role, you will develop and implement an editorial strategy targeting both internal and external audiences, supporting FORVIA’s ambition to become a sustainable mobility tech leader.
This position is crucial for raising brand awareness, improving the employee experience, and attracting new talent.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Editorial Planning:

Drive and coordinate FORVIA’s editorial planning for internal and external channels (including events), in close collaboration with the Group Digital, Influence and Marketing & Events Teams, and the Communications Teams of the Business Groups.Manage the weekly editorial committee and deliver an editorial calendar that reflects the Group’s strategy and priorities.Ensure the sharing of relevant, consistent, compelling, and targeted stories on the right channels in a timely manner.Propose new ideas, concepts, and formats to continuously engage audiences and strengthen the impact of FORVIA’s narrative.

 

Communication Plan for Industrial Operations:

Develop and implement a communication plan to promote FORVIA’s industrial know-how and achievements, and to foster the attractiveness of industrial careers.

 

Corporate Communications Tools:

Oversee the creation of the annual report, corporate presentation, and corporate video.

 

Management Communications:

Develop and enrich the Messaging Platform (FORVIA’s intranet dedicated to managers).Create communication kits for managers on key topics.Propose and develop content for management events.

 

Heritage Project:

Lead the Heritage project, which aims to preserve and promote the historic heritage of Faurecia and HELLA, the two companies that combined in 2022 to become FORVIA.

 

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor performance indicators and manage the budget.
 Your profile and competencies to succeed English fluentMinimum 12 years’ experience in communicationsStoryteller, able to transform complex subjects into clear and attractive content. Strong written skills in both French and English and a sense of aesthetic. Creative and agile, enjoying fast-paced work; curious about tech, new trends and new features and willing to propose and develop new ideas. Team player, with strong project management skills: entrepreneurship spirit, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.Familiar with graphic design programs and video editing

 

Interpersonal and facilitation skills necessary.
Experience working in multi-cultural environment is preferred.
