Apple Tree Dental, located near 136th and I-25 in Thornton, is hiring an experienced EDDA-Dental Assistant with a background in general dentistry. This is a full-time, Monday-Thursday position. We seek an EDDA-Dental Assistant who will bring reliability, a strong work ethic, a fun attitude, and a team-oriented and patient-centric focus to our practice.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:15pm

Your primary duties and responsibilities include:

Welcoming patients into the practice with a genuine and caring welcome using the patient's namePreparing patients for treatment to ensure the highest level of care and comfort are achievedPreparing rooms for surgical and restorative proceduresA thorough review of patient health history adding updates as necessaryAssisting the Dentist chairside and the ability to work independently as wellCapturing diagnostic radiographsCapturing 3D scans - experience with iTero is a plusAssisting with Invisalign casesPlacing composite restorationsAssisting with all types of prosthodontic proceduresProviding postoperative instructions after procedures, answering any questions patients may have about dental care provided, and scheduling appointments for follow-up careSterilizing instruments according to regulationsMaintaining a timely scheduleManaging lab cases, including tracking, progress, and deliveryMonitoring and maintaining inventory and suppliesMonitoring and maintaining dental equipment Requirements 2 + years of EDDA experience is requiredX-Ray certificationCPR/BLS CertificationReliable, hard working, and attention to detailDenticon software experience is a plus but not required
