**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Ecosystem Partnership Analyst is a key member of the Ecosystem team and supports the Digital Transformation and Innovation (DT&I) leadership and their initiatives. The Ecosystem Partnership Analyst supports the fastest path to value via current external partners and, when advantageous, facilitates new external partnerships. In collaboration with the Ecosystem Managers and DT&I leaders, the Ecosystem Partnership Analyst owns the execution and facilitation of Partnership deliverables from Build v Buy analyses, market landscapes, external partner demos, evaluations, monitoring, and pivoting. Reporting to the Ecosystem Director, the Ecosystem Partnership Analyst is critical to our Ecosystem work products.
**Major Responsibilities:**
+ Work with the Ecosystem Managers, support Partnership processes and work products (e.g., Build/Buy/Partner Approach, and Partnership Strategy and Execution) for our domain leaders (e.g., Care Team Optimization, Supply Chain, Clinical Documentation, etc.).
+ Lead the full lifecycle of Partnership work products requests for our non-technical Shared Services team (e.g., Adoption, Change Management, Education, Stakeholder Management, etc.).
+ Create dashboard of current and potential external partners to alert impactful information via multiple data sources.
+ With the Director, create and establish our Build/Buy/Partner framework, process, and best practices.
+ With the Director, continuously improve and maintain our Partnership Intake Form, SOPs, and guidance.
+ With the Director, create and establish our monitoring/reevaluation processes after a Build/Buy/Partner path has been taken and align it with DT&I Innovation Stage Gates (e.g., Discovery, Beta, Alpha, Launch and Scale).
+ Support and facilitate demos and meetings with external partners DT&I is evaluating.
+ Stay current in trends and emerging partners in the digital transformation space.
+ Unearth and find connections between partnership requests and how different or foundational approaches may be more advantageous.
+ With the Director, create relationships with other healthcare innovation programs for knowledge sharing.
+ With the Director, discover and create new opportunities where collaborating with external partners would bring material value to DT&I’s leadership and OKRs. Lead and support one-off external partnership requests and evaluations made by DT&I leadership.
+ When appropriate, and at the guidance of the Director and DT&I Leaders, transition early partnerships to longer-term management by the HCAH Partnership office.
+ Collaborate with Product, Value Tracking, Legal, Contracting, RAI, TPA/APM, Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Architecture, Security, and other HCAH approval & support bodies.
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ Bachelor's degree - Required
+ 3+ years of experience in facilitating partnerships with external partners - Required
+ 1+ year(s) of experience in Build v Buy analyses - Preferred
**Work Location/Schedule:**
+ Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park)
+ Onsite M-F
**Travel Required:**
