We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage external client projects. The successful candidate will be the primary driver behind these projects, responsible for taking ownership of the project, assembling the team,brainstorming, and ensuring each project phase is meticulously planned and executed. This role requires a strong focus on managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring timely project implementation, and maintaining budgetary constraints.

Your role in eComplete

Responsibilities and Deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Project Management

Liaise on the scoping and briefing phase of the project with the client and the technical project leads to coordinate project implementation steps. Prepare and present methodical project proposal for sign-off within client budget and company parameters. Effectively facilitate client and internal work team meetings related to the project plan. Quality assurance/quality checking of each phase of the project to ensure a high standard of implementation. Advise and have insight into UX and trends. Upskilling and maintaining digital marketing/SEO/Google analytics abilities.

Profitability

Draft project budgets using previous data and client brief information Submit a budget to the client for review and approval. Managing project costs by prioritising and maintaining client expectations where required. Analyse actual costs incurred during the project and advise on cost-effectiveness.

Communication and Liaison

Advise on commerce structure policies. Ensure client feedback is obtained through client experience Track and report on project status. Resolve/escalate issues. Communicate future project changes based on client feedback and experience.

Team Management

Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring that all team members understand
their roles and responsibilities. Manage internal and external resources to ensure efficient project execution. Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, address issues, and
ensure effective communication. Ensure the project team is working effectively with other departments, such as
sales and customer support, to meet overall business goals.

Financial Management

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within
financial constraints. Monitor project profitability and ensure projects achieve or exceed financial
targets. Prepare and present budget reports to senior management and stakeholders.
