As a Digital Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and consistent service quality for client accounts. This position emphasises seamless collaboration between clients and our business, with a primary focus on enhancing client revenue, satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Your role in eComplete

Responsibilities and Deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop, execute and optimise digital marketing strategies in collaboration with clients and the team to achieve their digital marketing goals. Hold teams and channel owners to performance metrics and revenue targets. Responsible for client revenue growth and strategies to grow client revenue. Foster strong client relationships by actively listening to their needs, providing strategic guidance, and delivering exceptional service. Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, managing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Analyse client data and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Lead client account reviews and strategy sessions, providing insights and recommendations for optimising performance. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise client revenue and account growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients. Drive customer success and satisfaction through proactive account management and problem-solving. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements
