eCommerce Strategist

We work globally, creating strategies and digital materials for many global brands and businesses. **Overview** + Working in an international environment for global Clients.  + Use and design internal agency methodologies, and frameworks, to gather and analyze shopper, market, and competitive data. + Define strategic projects and processes, cooperate with multiple Agency teams to plan e-commerce services and products. + Craft e-commerce content recommendations and plan communication for Global Brands on category and brand levels, in many different markets/ geographies. + Create Playbooks and Toolkits for Global brands. + Present your findings and strategic recommendations in front of the client. + Together with E-commerce Strategy Lead define internal processes, SOWs, and WOWs and ensure they are running smoothly. **Qualifications** + 2 years of experience with eCommerce projects either on the client’s, agencies, or service provider’s side. + Hands-on experience in crafting data-based strategies. + Being familiar with the most important e-commerce metrics and know how to use them. + Being a master storyteller, keen to share your knowledge with your colleagues, clients, and external audiences. + Being a team player, excited to cooperate and learn with your colleagues. + Great organizational skills and proven ability to handle multiple projects at the same time. + Proficiency in spoken and written English. + Advanced PowerPoint skills. + Knowledge of strategic frameworks and ability to adjust them to problem at hand. + Knowledge of consumer and shopper research goals and methodologies. + Knowledge of User Experience and Information Architecture basic design principles. + Pro-activeness and solution-oriented approach in day-to-day work. **Additional information** We offer the following: + Opportunity to develop in a stable company with an established position in the market. + Extensive range of online training courses in cooperation with reputable market partners. + Opportunity to participate in international and local development projects and programmes. + International working environment. + Attractive package of non-wage benefits (medical care, the Nais benefit platform, recreation allowance, access to a platform for learning foreign languages, access to the Marcel international training platform, etc.). + High working flexibility (we work in a hybrid model, with predominance of home office). + Work Your World – opportunity to work from any place in the world for 6 weeks a year and access to the Home Swap Home internal platform. + Friendly and casual working atmosphere in a close-knit team filled with positive energy. _At Publicis Groupe, we value diversity and invite all candidates to apply, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, religion or lack thereof, origin or disability._ \#LI-KG2
