We are hiring a eCommerce Execution Lead to join our team as a part of the larger Campbell Soup Meals & Beverages Sales organization. This person will be responsible for building and managing the execution of eCommerce go-to-market plans at our largest retailer, Walmart (& Sam’s Club) supporting the Meals & Beverages portfolio.  As an execution lead for eCommerce you will be responsible for driving our eCommerce business performance and growth strategies at Walmart.  This role works closely with the Walmart Customer Sales Team and Walmart merchants to drive integrated growth strategies across all elements of the eCommerce including optimizing online assortment, growing digital penetration and online sales, monitoring and improving availability and in stock rates, working closely with the internal shopper marketing team to drive integrated marketing programs, and with the broader eCommerce content team to build and optimize content, retailer search, ratings & reviews and activation strategies.  

The Digital Commerce Execution Lead, Walmart will report to the Vice President Sales, Global Walmart with a strong linkage to Digital Commerce Team in Headquarters.

Primary Responsibilities: 

Lead Ecommerce strategy & own eCommerce solutions Lead the development of insight-backed eCommerce strategies and tactics for CSC Meals & Beverages at Walmart and Sam’s Club, inclusive of Pickup, Delivery, Ship To Home, and Walmart Media Connect. Utilize, and be the expert, in Luminate and Walmart’s ecommerce solutions Key owner of relationship with Walmart and Sam’s Club e-Commerce merchant needs  Identify and vet new digital initiatives with Walmart and provide thought leadership on how we can find win-win solutions. Responsible for product listing optimization, item set up and identifying and evaluating new opportunities for product listing optimization. Works with HQ eCommerce content team to develop immersive content for product pages and regularly update to reflect changes in product strategy, consumer dynamics and best practices. Works with the media and shopper agencies to set eCommerce objectives and goals, taking advantage of test and learn opportunities, working collaboratively to create compelling activation plans and to track results and adjust plans to respond to analytics. Stays on top of marketplace patterns, social media trends, and tools and champions a strategic Walmart growth strategy for the organization accordingly. Assist in validating Walmart data and work with the HQ eCommerce team to ensure we are reporting accurately Lead preparation and review of monthly sales reports, and perform an analysis of marketplace trends, retail sales, share gaps, individual account trends, third- party sellers and competitors' activity Collaborate externally with customer and internally with customer team Partner hand in hand with CSC Walmart and Sam’s Club customer team (CSLs) to embed eCommerce into business conversations to ensure Omni experience is maximized and enhance day to day performance. Partner closely with Mars & Walmart Media Group and eCommerce team to drive best in class strategy, plans, and execution  Help support JBP’s for Walmart with a specific focus on ecommerce growth  Educate both internally and externally on eCommerce key learnings and action items by function Be the go-to expert & thought leader in market and collaborate across total e-Commerce team in HQ and Field  Partner with the other eCommerce leads to share learnings and best practices, and define and track performance Deliver periodic overviews, learnings & POVs on what is working, what isn’t and why to help define and continuously improve our eComm and performance 

Minimum Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field 

Minimum of 8+ years of CPG, retailer, marketing or agency experience required, with 3-5 years of Ecommerce experience 

Strongly preferred is experience with Walmart’s digital team, processes and tools, or prior experience working directly for or with Walmart Media Group 

High level understanding of applied analytics. 

Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a deep sense of accountability, creativity, resourcefulness, and a desire to collaborate with the Sales and Category team.

Superior verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$85,900-$140,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
