Scrum Certification or Project Management Professional certification is preferred



Demonstrated strong knowledge of web technology, experience with Magento strongly preferred


Experience interfacing between eCommerce solutions and ERP System(s) preferred

As the eCommerce IT Lead, you will define and execute critical initiatives that develop and implement eCommerce solutions at Watts. Reporting to the Data, Analytics, and Digital Experience Director, you will work with cross-functional teams, manage on-site and offshore resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This is a remote position with up to 15% travel, including some international.

You Will:

Define and manage project scope, financials, and schedule, organizing and leading project status/working meetings and mitigating risks and issues.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand Ups, Estimation meetings) and guide the Scrum process to achieve high-velocity delivery.

Collaborate with business units and functions, balancing conflicting viewpoints and achieving consensus among key stakeholders.

Write user stories and document business requirements for eCommerce solutions, ensuring effective story pointing, prioritization, and development.

Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements and negotiate deliverables for successful project outcomes.

Lead IT and business resources during testing initiatives for high-quality implementations.

Establish communication plans, including steering committee meetings, to keep all levels of stakeholders informed.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate on-site/offshore resources to deliver projects and enhancements.

You Have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

7+ years of project management experience, working with both business and IT resources.

Led Scrum development teams and guided Agile processes.

Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Experience gathering and translating business requirements for eCommerce systems.

Ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues and business leaders.

Experience managing global projects with diverse stakeholder groups across multiple countries.

The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 - $145,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
