ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work on a small but dynamic Ecommerce team to help and support with our digital social and video strategy on Cosmopolitan and across other important Ecommerce titles, such as Runner’s World, Women’s Health, Good Housekeeping, and more. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

This role will support Ecommerce writers and editors create, edit and upload organic and paid social and video content for social channels such as Instagram, TikTok and others.  Assist with the organisation and the running of social Ecommerce events such as TikTok lives, and liaise with PRs and internal Ecommerce commercial teams to ensure all products samples arrive on time and discounts are applied correctly Support the team in tracking and reporting on the success of social and video content, or similar initiatives  Collate learnings and help share them to the wider brand teams to ensure best practices are followed Foster communication and collaboration with all the relevant departments to support our Ecommerce social and video objectives Brainstorm creative new ways to present our content on social and on-site Deal with general administrative assistance for the Editorial Ecommerce team as required Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence, organise meetings, and help support the wider Ecommerce team with daily operations To be an ambassador of Hearst UK and its values  You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you from time to time
 

ABOUT YOU

Recent graduate or entry-level professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organised with attention to detail is essential Ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed and learn a variety of skills Ability to work as part of a team No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must Interest in Ecommerce and product-related content Interest in fashion, beauty, home and wellness content is desirable Interest in Ecommerce and product-related content An understanding of social platforms, from Instagram to TikTok is desired
