Ecommerce Data Analyst - Amazon

You will be focused on data management and analytics whilst taking Amazon customer needs into consideration. You will also develop analysis and reporting capabilities as well as monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify efficiencies and improvements. Additionally you will demonstrate commercial value to the Sales, Marketing and Operation functions in line with the Grenade values and overall Ecommerce strategy. **How you will contribute** + Management of data – Amazon EPOS, market data and ad-hoc insight + Keep data centralised, up to date, fit for use and accessible for supporting teams. + Liaise with data agency to ensure the above can be achieved. + Generate insight from the data that drives actions at customer level. + Set up and maintain automated data processes. + Collaborating with sales teams. Work closely with sales representatives to optimize sales strategies and processes. + Produce and track key performance indicators. + Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools. + Create comprehensive reports and visualisations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. + Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely insights + Select and apply the most appropriate data tools to achieve the optimum outcomes + Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in Excel. Other responsibilities include: + Attend weekly cross functional account meetings internally and externally. + Attendance of regular sales and supply chain/sales operations meetings as required. + Support and follow-up actions with the sales and agency team. **What you will bring** + Problem solver with an ability to think critically and analytically. + An organised, systematic approach to prioritise and keep on top of daily tasks with a keen eye for detail. + Self-motivated, disciplined, organised and flexible, with strong self-initiative. + Ability to build strong relationships with supporting internal teams. + Ability to work both independently and under instruction. + Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills. + Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the ability to explain complex findings and insights clearly and concisely. + Professional, smart & organised. + Ability to effectively work collaboratively across marketing, finance, and other supporting teams as required. + Previous data analytical experience, highly desirable in digital ecommerce + Degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or related field highly desirable. **Relocation Support Available?** **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
