Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organizedEcommerce Coordinatorto manage and coordinate the development of all digital assets, including PDP assets, email campaigns, paid media, user-generated content (UGC). This role will gather, submit, and manage creative requests, support various teams in the execution of digital marketing initiatives, and ensure seamless operations across multiple digital platforms. This role will coordinate the execution of Amazon promotions, new item set up, buy box tracking and additional marketplace operations. This is a hybrid position and requires being in our El Segundo office 2 days/week (Tuesday & Wednesday). Key Responsibilities: + Creative Request Management: Gather all relevant aspects of creative requests (copy, images, guidelines) and submit them to the creative team, ensuring adherence to creative request guidelines. + Digital Asset Coordination: Oversee the development and delivery of all digital assets including but not limited to product detail pages (PDPs), email campaigns, paid media, and UGC content. + Amazon Brand Store Promotions Management: Manage all Amazon promotions, working closely with the agency to ensure promotions are set up, executed, and tracked efficiently. Ensure new product set up information is delivered to the agency on time, monitor buy box percentage, communicate planning and strategy to Amazon SAS team. + PO and Budget Management: Open and route vendor purchase orders (POs), ensuring proper documentation and assignment of costs to the correct cost centers. Liaise with external media partners and agencies to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. + Email & SMS Campaigns: Support the Senior CRM Manager in building and quality assurance (QA) of email and SMS campaigns through platforms like Klaviyo. Assist with updating custom dashboards and tracking campaign performance. + E-Commerce Product Support: Assist the eCommerce Product Manager with Shopify product setups, promotional code configurations, UGC content integration, testing new website features, and supporting conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects. + Paid Media Asset Trafficking: Collaborate with the Director of Paid Media to facilitate the trafficking of creative assets for paid media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery to media partners and agencies. Required Skills and Qualifications: + Proficiency with Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing. + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike, or Asana. + Knowledge of Shopify platform, including product setup and promotional tools. + Experience managing Amazon promotions and working with external agencies. + Experience in UGC content curation. + Experience in CRO (conversion rate optimization) testing. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams and external vendors. + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor-s degree + 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing coordination or a related role. + Previous experience working in eCommerce, fashion, beauty, or health & wellness industries. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
