Our client a leading international brand is searching for eCommerce Commercial Manager
Purpose of the role
The eCommerce Manager is accountable for the markets eCommerce Channels Sales and Customer Satisfaction
He/She is in charge of building the channels yearly operational plan and business development ensuring the end 2 end optimization efficiency and profitability of both owned Digital Boutiques and notowned eRetailercom
He/She is accountable to deliver on sales and customer satisfaction targets and drives the daytoday operations according to the operational plan he/she has defined in close cooperation with the markets functions and channels management Retail Trade CRM Marketing Supply Chain etc
Key Performance Measures
Lead the markets eCommerce business development and builds the operational plan to deliver on sales and customer satisfaction targets
Accountable to codefine the local channel strategy in cooperation with the MEA Regional Ecommerce Team assembling brand and relational initiatives from traffic acquisition to conversion and retention in close collaboration with all markets functions and channels
Accountable for the exploration assessment and development of local eRetailing initiatives in collaboration with and in support of the markets Commercial Dept
Accountable of building the eCommerce OP with the regional hub in alignment with all relevant markets departments/functions
Accountable to establish clear and effective ways of working with all key market stakeholders
Lead the eCommerce channel business development
Implement the operational plan to reach conversion sales & customers satisfaction objectives
Accountable for the E2E optimization of the ecommerce Channel performance from emerchandising & personalization and retention activities leveraging CRM insights to increase conversion & average basket size
Accountable on delivering Commercial digital activities on time and quality as defined in the eCommerce Operational Plan set by the market
Leads eCommerce Operations
Accountable to ensure that eCommerce Operations are managed according the Global standard defined
Accountable to ensure the Brand equity is protected on all digital touchpoints
Accountable to ensure all eBusiness activities & KPIs are tracked
Accountable to centralize all eCommerce needs/initiatives at Market level
Accountable to ensure seamless operations with other channel peers to ensure local customers are offered with an integrated omnichannel user experience
Accountable to provide the Regional eCommerce Team with Market needs / roadmap to support local activities
Feedback Regional eCommerce team to consolidate KPIs share best practises input ideas or report innovative digital initiatives in local context
Own the Daytoday running of digital boutiques
Setup test and run promotion campaigns according to the global and local calendar
Ensure consistency in content and tone of voice across all pages
Ensure adequate stock levels at all times avoiding any stock out situation
Define Plan & Activate eMerchandising activities through crosssell upsell & eCRM possible strategies
Manage and plan resources according to required Market Acceptance Tests both frontend and backend in coordination with Regional Team
Ensure efficient running and maintenance of the ecommerce site
Ensure compliance
Apply all Digital guidelines at Channel level
Ensure all legal terms & conditions are compliant with local laws
Implement all action plans following Market Assessment
Manages the eCommerce Channels Performance
Manage the Channel performance vs targets
Manage the Channel OP/budget for the market Establish budget and monitor the costs
Requirements
At least 5 years experience in eBusiness
University degree preferred
Strong experience in Digital Marketing activities to drive traffic on websites
Strong experience in eCommerce Operations Content Management eMerchandising & personalization
Strong Web Analytics knowledge with Google Analytics certification a plus
Experience with CMS and Magento preferably version 20
Project Management and Stakeholder Management understand decision and escalation processes
Experience in building and managing eBusiness operations organization processes guidelines a strong plus
CRM and eCRM Experience a plus
